Women need the support of other women throughout their lives.
Midlife women defined roughly from 45-50 to 65-70, need it even more.

You ask why this is the case?

In my personal and professional experience, midlife summons up the past and present and leaves us feeling alone and ill-equipped to negotiate the challenges that we find ourselves navigating.

It’s rough because we haven’t figured everything out including our childhoods, our romantic relationships, our connection to aging parents, siblings and children and friends. Our bodies are no longer our best friends, they leave us hot and irritable and definitely not in control, not in charge!

Support groups offer this opportunity in a safe environment, one where each participant can talk about their challenges, their hopes and disappointments and work towards a new or next chapter of life.

In these virtual groups, you can reveal your dreams, you can explore your heartache, you can discuss Menopause and all that entails. Perhaps you want to change careers or begin to plan for retirement. Maybe, you are just feeling overwhelmed, not young and not old but without direction.

Whatever the reason, please join us for a new experience, a new chance to get your life on the path of your choosing.

Groups will meet weekly for 3 months starting September 1st. However, you are always welcome to join even after this date. 

Virtual groups will meet through a secure and private site that I use for tele- mental health services.

The groups last 1 hour and 30 minutes per session there is a special rate for those who sign up before and in September 2025.

Usually there are 6-12 members in each group but we can start with 5 members if the group agrees to add a few more during the first month.
