Midlife is a stage filled with transitions; some expected, others surprising. From shifts in career and family dynamics to the emotional and physical changes of menopause, it’s a time when many women find themselves rethinking priorities, questioning their next steps, or simply needing a place to talk.

This is the time when an experienced psychotherapist can step in and help. My virtual support groups are designed specifically for midlife women: small, welcoming spaces to connect, reflect, and move forward with purpose.

Structured, therapeutic sessions

What makes these groups different is the added layer of professional guidance. These aren’t just casual chats – they’re structured, therapeutic sessions where every participant is heard and supported. With professional expertise, discussions go deeper, helping women unpack real challenges in a safe and confidential environment.

Whether you’re navigating menopause, dealing with aging parents, facing an empty nest, or rethinking your career, you’re not alone. Virtual support groups for midlife women can create a sense of belonging and shared understanding that’s hard to find elsewhere.

The benefits of joining a support group for midlife women

  • Connection: Being with others who understand what you’re going through can be powerful and healing.
  • Support: You’ll learn coping strategies, reduce stress, and gain insight from peers and a licensed therapist.
  • Growth: Through open discussion and guidance, many women leave feeling more confident, empowered, and clear on what they want next.

Small groups with a big impact

With group sizes limited to 6–12 participants, everyone has a chance to share. The virtual format makes it easy to join from anywhere, while still offering a personal and engaging experience.

Virtual groups will meet through a secure and private site that I use for tele-mental health services.

The groups last 1 hour and 30 minutes per session, giving you the time you need to connect and interact with the members.

Join online, from the comfort of your home

Midlife doesn’t have to feel like a solo journey. My Virtual Support Groups for Midlife Women can offer a new lifeline – a place to talk, laugh, cry, and rebuild with others who get it. Backed by professional experience and a deep understanding of this life stage, these sessions are more than just support groups, they’re a community.
